About Us - Background Checks

Fine Tree Care has put together a highly skilled, highly professional crews. All of our crews and new workers submit to the most stringent background checks to become a member of our team to protect the well-being of our Sonoma County residential and business clients.

Our employees are subjected to a background check and provided a minimum of 60 hours of training prior to working in the field. Each new employee must pass a 30 day field training program prior to working as a laborer to assist a standard crew. A laborer must complete one year as a laborer prior to being considered for a bucket truck operator position within a standard crew.
